About Us
Gan Shemesh is a part time in home preschool program. We utilize a play based curriculum that incorporates Jewish holidays and age appropriate academics incidentally through experiential and process based learning. Ages 3-5.
Morah Suri has over a decade of experience, both as an early childhood educator and as a parent. She is passionate about best practices in early childhood education and founded Gan Shemesh in order to provide this for her own children.
At Gan Shemesh, your child shines! It is our mission to partner with you in giving your child a loving and enriching home away from home that will help them thrive emotionally, socially, and developmentally.
Our Philosophy
Chinuch begins from day 1; children are born learning! When children have the opportunity and space to play creatively and explore their world at their pace in a positive, nurturing and enriching environment, learning occurs simultaneously and naturally. Social, cognitive, motor, and emotional development will be supported according to each child's own stage and pace. Your child will be respected, appreciated, and unconditionally loved. Jewish symbols, expressions, blessings, themes, and values will be an integral part of your child's day. Learning will be implicit, incidental, and child-centered.
